Accessibility -

The Den is a loft apartment situated on the top floor, there are 36 stairs up to The Den, therefore the property will not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Arrival and departure -

Check in is available from 3pm to 7pm on the day of arrival. Check in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival. Please note I cannot accommodate check ins after 9pm.

We ask that you please vacate your room by 11.00am on the morning of departure.

Cancellation policy -

The Den has a strict cancellation policy. Less than 7 days notice your booking is non refundable and non transferable. We advise guests to take out adequate insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances resulting in last minute cancellations.

Breakfast -

Breakfast is a leisurely affair taken in the privacy of your room. You will find a selection of cereals, milk and fruit juice for you to enjoy at anytime, and I provide a cooked breakfast between the hours of 8am and 10.30am.    Please let me know in advance of any specific dietary requirements or allergies.

Children -

Children under the age of 4 stay for free but I do not have a travel cot, only a small camp bed.

Alcohol -

I dont have a license to sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own.   Wine glasses and a corkscrew are provided in your room.
